Brandy Rundel specializes in commercial sales and leasing in Northern California. Her success and principal focus is retail development, landlord representation and shopping center leasing/pre-leasing. She works with local, regional and national retailers and has twenty-five (25) years of experience in the industry. She began her career with Sooner Investment/Collet & Associates, retail shopping center developers based in the Midwest. In 2009 she joined prominent commercial brokerage firm, Price Edwards & Company in Oklahoma City where she currently maintains an Oklahoma Real Estate License (OREC# 136772). She’s been serving Northern California since obtaining her California Real Estate License in 2015 (DRE# 01972909) and is grateful to be part of the team at Coldwell Banker C&C Properties in Redding. Brandy and her husband, Tim, currently live in Siskiyou County with two fur babies (corgi, miniature fox terrier) and share their home with her elderly grandmother.
